Internal Communication Strategy — Town Hall
“You can have the best strategy and the best building in the world, but if you don’t have the hearts and minds of the people who work with you, none of it comes to life."
— Renee West
As part of a transformative internal communications initiative, we developed the CHANGE Strategy — a six-pillar framework designed to guide Davidson Manhattan through its relocation and cultural renewal following corporate restructuring. In collaboration with my team, I led the branding design, created the internal communications plan, and developed the employee-facing Town Hall presentation. The strategy’s core initiative, the NEX[T]US Task Force, focused on enhancing employee experience through targeted benefits, flexible scheduling, on-site support services, and ongoing feedback mechanisms via digital portals and quarterly town halls. Aimed at building trust, increasing engagement, improving well-being, and boosting productivity, the initiative positioned Davidson Manhattan as IAG’s most globally recognized division. The approach emphasized data-informed storytelling, inclusive messaging, and human-centered design, aligning leadership vision with the needs of employees during a critical period of organizational change.
