A comprehensive digital media strategy for Little Italy Pizza, a historic NYC pizza brand, identifying gaps in brand storytelling, online presence, and post-purchase engagement. We developed a multi-pronged approach under the campaign New York State of Slice to revamp the brand’s website, strengthen social media engagement, and launch new brand merchandise. The strategy proposes human-centered tactics, including communal dining experiences, localized SEO strategies, secret menu campaigns for target audiences, and a cohesive rebranding with a new logo and website design. The strategy aimed to position Little Italy Pizza as a New York City staple, nurture customer loyalty, and drive sustainable growth both online and offline.
