We identified key growth opportunities through omnichannel marketing, SEO optimization, retail partnerships, and targeted social media engagement. We leveraged data and SWOT analyses, retail growth strategies, and experiential marketing recommendations to differentiate Harissa Hot Honey from leading competitors like Mike’s Hot Honey. Insights guided brand storytelling, expansion into specialty markets, and building a loyal, health-conscious consumer base across the tri-state area.
